Clerune

Founder and sole full-stack developer. An AI meeting-minutes and administrative workspace for administrative assistants, secretaries, office managers and small organizations. Paste a transcript or upload a recording, and Clerune drafts the summary, decisions, action items and minutes for you to review.

  1. Free consultationA call or video call. You tell me about the business, I tell you what I would build.
  2. Signed agreementScope, price and timeline in writing, so we both know what is coming.
  3. 50% depositDue when the agreement is signed. Work starts after it is received.
  4. Build and reviewI build it, you review it, I make your rounds of changes.
  5. LaunchThe site goes live on your domain. The remaining 50% is due at launch.

Hi, I'm Carl.

I'm Carl Jassian C. Balaria, a full-stack developer from the Philippines. I build fast websites for businesses and complete AI-powered apps around large language models. I'm an application engineer, not an ML researcher: I take what the models can do and turn it into products people use.

I graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2026 with a BS in Information Technology, major in Web Systems Technology, from Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology.

Hiring? I'm open to full-time roles as an AI Application Engineer or Full-Stack TypeScript Developer: remote, or onsite/hybrid in Metro Manila, Clark/Pampanga or Nueva Ecija.
