Jassian Systems (Carl Jassian C. Balaria, Philippines) collects as little as possible. This page explains what is collected and why.

The contact form

When you send a message, the form collects your name, business name, phone number or email, what you are interested in, and your message. It is delivered to me by email through Web3Forms, a form service. I use it only to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the project. I do not sell it or add you to a mailing list.

Buying a product

Purchases go through Polar, the merchant of record. Polar collects your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy; I never see your full card details. Polar shares your name, email and order details with me so I can deliver updates and give support.

Browsing this site

There are no analytics, ads or tracking cookies. If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your own browser. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the service.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you. Email hello@jassiansystems.com and I will take care of it.
