These terms cover digital products, such as the Ember theme, sold on jassiansystems.com. By buying, you agree to them.

Who you are buying from

Jassian Systems, run by Carl Jassian C. Balaria, Nueva Ecija, Philippines. Contact:support@jassiansystems.com.

Payment

Checkout is handled by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record. Polar takes your payment, calculates and pays any sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt. Prices are in US dollars and are one-time payments.

Delivery

You get access to the download right after payment, through Polar. Free updates for v1.x are delivered the same way.

Your license

What you may do with the product is set out in the license.

Refunds

See the refund policy.

Support

Email support covers installing, configuring and deploying the theme as described on its product page. It does not include custom development, but you can hire me for that.

Warranty and liability

The product is provided as described on its page. Apart from the fix-or-refund promise in the refund policy, it comes without other warranties. Jassian Systems's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Website design services

Website projects are covered by a separate signed agreement, not these terms.
