Ember license

Last updated 15 October 2026

When you buy Ember from Jassian Systems, you get a license to use the theme. You do not buy the copyright; that stays with Jassian Systems. The license never expires.

Which license do you need?

• Personal ($39): one website for a business you own or run.
• Commercial ($79): one website you build for one client. You can charge the client for your work.
• Agency ($149): unlimited websites for your clients.

Building another site later? Buy another license, or upgrade to Agency.

You can

• Change the code, design, text and colours as much as you like.
• Host the finished site anywhere.
• Keep using the theme and any v1.x updates you download, forever.

You can't

• Resell, give away or share the theme itself, changed or unchanged.
• Upload the source code to a public repository or a template marketplace.
• Use it to make another theme, template or website builder product for sale.

Included photos

The 16 photos included with Ember are original images created for the theme by Jassian Systems using AI image generation. Buyers may use them in sites built with Ember under their license tier. They may not be resold or redistributed as standalone images or stock photos.
